Ingredients:
- 300 ml castor sugar
- 150 ml plain four
- 4 tbsps cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml melted butter
- Pinch of salt
To do:
- Preheat oven to 180 o
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased tin lined with grease proof paper.
- Bake in over for approx. 25 min or until cake is firm but soft in middle.
