- 1 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries and blackberries)
- Half a cup fresh milk
- 2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt (Greek yoghurt is best)
- Place ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. If it is too thick, you may add a little more milk.
- Pour into a wide rimmed glass for a great start to your child’s day!
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with muesli/ chopped nuts or wheat germ.
Freeze for instant sorbet!
