You will need:
- 2 cups mulberries with stalks removed
- I and a half cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Wash mulberries. Place in a saucepan with the sugar, juice and rind.
- Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat; boil for about 10 until the mixture thickens.
- Skim, pour into a bowl and let the mixture stand overnight. Stir several times
- Heat a glass jar in the oven, pour slowly and seal jar
- Label your jam.
